Ha! All textures, no hacks (except the belt name text, then added some textures over the renamed belt). The belt around the waist is just a normal upper body attire, just using the 'extra' portion. So unfortunately, you'd have the belt around the waist texture during the match... Although we could always use the "Entrance Attire is Attire 4" hack by DegenerationX69.
The drawbacks are that it would also mean sacrificing one attire slot, and the chance that you have your champion in attire slot 2 or 3, different from what attire 4 is wearing.

Not quite sure how we could hack that in a more proper way (as in having it replace the belt poly), even if the rom hack attire poly point mod method could work, I don't know if we could make a new poly specific to one championship.

Edit: had one too many drinks tonight, so I overlooked the fact that it could replace one of the entrance attires,ha. Still, one would have to manually assign the belt..

It's possible to make him wear the upper body part of the attire only during the entrances. I tried something similar before and it worked.

Do you mean something like Degen's code, but only applied to the upper body attire? I'll look into it, thanks for pointing me in the right direction, WldFb.
And also thanks for the Rikishi robe poly hack!! :toast:

@Phil: Thanks bro! I still have a long way to go, still so much to learn.
I have to credit all the great resources that are available here, everything from Loco's AKI tutorial to Jamstubb's and WldFb's forums and codes, there's a whole treasure trove full of guides and addies and values to play around with. :)

It was an old request someone made, I don't think I explained the method anywhere. If you tell me what formula you're using for the upper body and waist, I can show you what I mean.

Thanks so much WldFb! :)

I'm using the Rock body and the Too Cool sleeveless top as the upper body attire. I'd actually been meaning to attempt hack that abdomen poly to the default medium body shape as a way to learn attire poly hacks (and to try to get rid of the gap caused by the shirt abdomen being wider), I just haven't had the chance to do so. Thanks again for your help! :toast:

Ok, I've tried something:

D10AAAD0 xxxx
D10A9C5E 0003
D109960E 0032
8109960E 0000
(replace xxxx with the wrestler ID)

Using this code P1's upper body attire should disappear when the match starts. It worked with a caw, let me know if it works with your textures.

I tried the code, it didn't work with my original textures (replacing Kane-- 0004) so I did some investigating.. I tried the method with default CAW 1 (0A01) and it worked, so I tried changing a few things and realized that it's dependent on the lower body attire colour. When I used the 'half tights' in the default colour it worked, but when I changed it to another colour it stopped working. I tested a few other lower body attires and it only worked when the default attire colours where used.

I see. In the caw data some values are shared between bits, so that's why the lower body attire also affects this. I also was testing it with a caw (wearing half tights) so that makes sense. If you tell me what you're using exactly as lower body attire (including colours) I can easily fix it.

Thanks WldFb! The formula is just rock body, skin colour 4, and the lower body attire is short tights (blue), along with knee pads 1 (blue) and boots 19 (white/blue). Upper body is Too Cool (dark red/dark red).

Actually, since we might be using that for a handful of wrestlers, could you explain the method?

Ok, I fixed it and converted it for 4 players:
D10AAAD0 xxxx
D10A9C5E 0003
D109960E 0232
8109960E 0200
D10AAADC xxxx
D10A9C5E 0009
D1099722 0232
81099722 0200
D10AAAE8 xxxx
D10A9C5E 000F
D1099836 0232
81099836 0200
D10AAAF4 xxxx
D10A9C5E 0015
D109994A 0232
8109960E 0200

This is how it works:
D10AAAD0 xxxx (if P1 is...)
D10A9C5E 0003 (and his entrance is beginning)
D109960E 0232 (if attire is...
8109960E 0200 (remove upper body

The attire is modified at the beginning of the entrance. At this point it doesn't affect anything because the caw is already loaded, but when the match starts the upper body attire is gone.
If you want these for other characters, all you have to do is change the wrestler ID and if you want to use different attires see what appears at 9960E for player 1 (ex. xx32 is Too Cool attire, xx00 is nothing). Try to change his appearance to see which values you get there.

Hope that helps.

'k, I finally got a chance to sit down and do a little bit of modding after a break that lasted much longer than I would've liked.. unfortunately, work's kept me super busy, plus I had to deal with a death in the family.

Anyhow, I'll be back up to speed very soon. Started on some lucha libre mods

Just so you know, the only reason I do not comment more on this thread is because I'm honestly not that exposed to a ton of international wrestlers. I have two Super J cups, and a few FMW VHS's I got waaay back in the day, but beyond that, I'm dumb to the scene.

However, whoever is wearing the red mask on the left? I love what you did with the hip/stomach textures. Popped right out at me.

Really sad about your loss jazz my man. My thoughts go out to you and your family.

Dr Wagner looks awesome! Love the details on both masks. Great to see some more work from ya!

I really appreciate the comments, gentlemen. :hi

That is indeed Dr. Wagner Jr. in the red, and the black mask is La Sombra.
I got further on Wagner:

That is beautiful! The details on the attire is outstanding!

Any chance we will see Karl Anderson and Prince Albert in the save bro?
