Looking pretty good for a first mod, man! The face does need work, but I would say to keep at it. Faces are usually one of the biggest payoffs. If the face ends up looking good, the rest will, too.

Looking forward to seeing more!

Well, I suggest finding better reference pictures and maybe combining them to get a more balanced face. The attire looks good, but his face does not resemble him. We have some pretty cool tutorials and resources for Hires modding here. Just click Phil's "Tools & Resource's archive" in his sig! Good to see new members contributing, and keep trying and experimenting.
