[Closed] Change Title Screen In SVR 2011(PSP)

Hi. I want to change SVR 2011(PSP Version) Title Screen. But when i open TITI.PAC, i just have BPE files

uncompress 59 on desktop,u will get 59.bpe and 59.pac,open 59.pac as texture archive
voila! title screen textures
