Pretty much what KWG and jcsix said, also, the edges of the singlet look kinda pixelated, try to make them smoother

The face is a really good start, I just think it's the left side that throws it off. You might have to make a new face from scratch, using different parts to get what you like.

I would like change face but is it hard to find a old school Eddie face pic I find just this one (it is the face who I use)

and I modded 2 other attire
