Hey guys
, back again with another tutorial.
In SvR09 I have attempted many times to import into a no-model slot but it has failed. Although I have now found a working way to do it and would like to share it with you guys.
Things you need:
Hex Editor
SvR09 ISO
File Adder (for importing)
UMDGen
QuickBMS
ExPert
Advanced Renamer
Ok, let's start,
NOTE: In this tutorial I am showing you how to do this by replacing the ids of an NPC in CH2.pac with the No-Model's ID. This has to be CH2.pac unless there are NPC's in the other pac files or you are replacing him with a wrestler that is enabled (This means you have to disable the wrestler that you swapped the id's with)
You need to open the SvR09 ISO and extract the ARC File, CH2.pac, & CHETC.Pac.
extract CHETC using the dpac plugin of expert. go into the folder that holds dat.pac. Extract that using the pac plugin in ExPert. Go into the folder and you will see a whole lot of bpe files. Open quickbms and drag yuke.bms into it then select the whole lot of bpe files & unpack them. Delete the original bpe files and keep the unpacked files.
Go into Advanced renamer and look at the left and go to where it should say <name> if it doesnt in that textbox then write <name>
Drag all the unpacked files into it and click start batch.
Let it rename all the files and then you can go back into your folder and get off of advanced renamer. All the files will have the bpe extension again. Go to the file called "file00000130.bpe" thats ric flairs id. This means you are at the ch2.pac ids.
I will be opening "file000000132.bpe" and will be looking at the name. For example. I will be enabling Christian into SvR09. I will change the name to christian. You change it to whoever you want to change it to.
You will see a second 0. That is the nickname. Change it if you want
the 3rd 0 is the ring name. Change that to the superstars name again.
If you look at the start of the first 0 or the name you have changed it to there is a . before it and then a character. That is his id in hex. My id in hex is 84. So look at that.
Keep looking through the bpe file and you should see underneath the ring name that id on one of those lines. Mine says 84 00. I will change it to 84 01. That enables the superstar.
You save and exit that.
Now you rebuild dat.pac and delete the dat.pac and other files BUT Keep the NEW-DAT.PAC Rename it back to dat.pac and rebuild CHETC.PAC. Do the same with that by deleting old files and keeping the NEW-CHETC.PAC and renaming it to chetc.pac.
Open it in hex and open the arc file in hex. Search in both of them for dat.
It will have CHAR and DAT and some other stuff. Copy that block of writing from CHETC.PAC and paste it over the one in the ARC File. Save the ARC File. Now importing.
Ok first.... We reopen the arc file and we open ch2.pac. Go to emd2. Your No-Model ID is not in there. That is why we go to an NPC's ID and change it into the No-Models Id. For Example.
I am adding Christian. My No-Model ID is 84. Jonathan Coachmans id is 9A. I will go to every bit in EMD2 that says 9A and replace it with 84.
Do that in both ch2.pac and the ARC File. Save Both.
If you went into the game now by rebuilding it with these files your superstar will be there and if you went in-game he would be Jonathan Coachman but under your superstars slot.
Importing. I have made a tutorial in the past which you can use to import into these slots. You can view that here:
