Well its a good start Geng buddy. The face matches the body well and I like what you have done with the beard. his nose seems a little off center, so that needs fixing . The har looks too painted and not like real hair, so I suggest maybe using RAW 2 hair, or finding another hair texture to work with. Im very impressed for a first attempt buddy. I hope you get this finished, also when the other No Mercy guys get on they will be able to give you more suggestions.

This is a great start, mang. I knew who he was the second I looked at his face. Like TNAFAN said, the hair should really be redone, if you need some hair, just wait about an hour and a few of my hair templates will be posted in the NM section.

But seriously,that face is damn good for your first attempt. I hope you keep at it!

To fix the nose use the perception/distort tools
edit/transform/perception or edit/transform/distort
if you can not fix it that way you can try mirroring the best side and last option is to use a nose from a different pic and blend.I agree it's a great start buddy

Ah nice stuff Geng man, im liking this. The face is great. The attire itself is severly lacking texture, along with the wristbands and elbow pads. As you said its a W.I.P, so am sure you will fix those things buddy. Great work so far.
