Here's a step by step guide on how to dump textures.
First of all create the wrestler with the colour combinations that you want to replace or go to whatever it is that you want to replace.
Create a savestate (Press F5)
Go into "Options" then "Configure Graphics Plugin"
Click on the "Texture Filters" tab and click "Dump textures to files" and click on "OK".
This will enable the dumping of textures.
Load the savestate that you created before (F7).
The textures will load up and as soon as the state finishes loading up, all the textures will be dumped.
To view the dumped textures go into the "Plugin" folder in the root of your emulator folder and open up the "texture_dump" folder.
Open up the "WWF No Mercy" folder located inside to get a bunch of folders like this.
Open up "ci_by_png" or "ci_bmp" to view the dumped textures.
