Overall its very nice man, I see you have fixed the nose and his face does look a little less chubbier now, which is better.

I know that KKD said on NMZ that the texture itself is the reason why he looks chubby in the face and have no doubt in that, but have you tried other headshapes? Just for viewing.

Thanks man he is nearly finished I really want to start a New Generation mod so there may be more to come

I got the picture from Orson's Scan's i think it's just the picture i have a base i use and simply blend pictures in to it but i will have another go at it

Yeah its strange cause I have seen Orson's Razor's face used before. I honestly think its the textures and how it was blended that may cause it to look like his face is chubby.

A new generation save?? Sounds great man. WcW Rick is doing one for SD2 and released a 92-93 save the other day which is awesome. Classic saves are all good with me.
