At some point on Tuesday, a prankster borrowed CM Punk's phone to post a false tweet on his Twitter account.

There is no indication of who was behind the prank. It is assumed that it happened at the arena where this week's SmackDown tapings take place, although it could have happened shortly after. It is very likely to have been a WWE employee.
There has not been any kind of retraction or explanation since. However, many websites are choosing to believe that the tweet was genuine and Punk really did defecate during the TV taping.
If it is true, then CM Punk is hardly alone. Wrestlers can sometimes urinate or defecate accidentally during a rough match. Danny Basham openly admits that he pooped himself during one of his first matches on the main roster. Nikki Bella claimed recently on Total Divas that Natalya accidentally wet herself during a match, while Cena responded by admitting that he pooped himself. Xavier Woods once vomited during a pay-per-view match in TNA Wrestling.
On at least 2 occasions in his career, a rookie opponent has vomited in the ring while standing in front of Punk.
