Alright, I'm set and really really wanna try modding No Mercy, but I'm facing problem at the first step, itself. I've downloaded CBV's 'Modding Starter Kit V3' and I found a folder 'dumping textures tutorial'. Opened it, found 6 pictures with 1 'tutorial' txt file. So, opened PJ 64, here you can see I'm on the right place where texture get's dumped usually(Sorry, I don't know anything about this, so don't lol about it, I mean, I'm a newbie in this stuff):

(Just like on those pics, here I am ready to dump the hi-res texture. I've pressed 'F5' button(on my keyboard of-course)(and to create a savestate), so where were we, yeah... Now I wanna dump the texture. According to the tutorial, 'Pic3' is the step where I'm stuck.

What's this 'Pic3'? Okay, here uploaded:
<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Click Please</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">

</div>
I tried this step, here's what I've got:

Now, where can I find the texture filter tab like on the tutorial pics?
I've noticed/saw that the tutorial was made using 'Windows XP' right? I use Windows 7, maybe it's a problem with my PC?

Help would be appreciated, I mean a lot appreciated!

That folder is simply the parts for the webpage that was downloaded.

Read the tutorial, it explains the pictures, however, the texture dumping tutorial is only compatible with 1.6

Again, I'm not trying to annoy you, but you can see the above pics I posted, I am using v1.6! Still, can't find texture filter tab. :(
EDIT: I apologize for posting in the wrong section, actually I wanted to post this in the 'Help' section.

Yeeha! It worked, I don't know how I could thank you, CBV. It was kinda easy, but when newbies like me have stupid questions, professionals like you are there for helping! Much appreciated. :D

Professionals get paid.

I'm what you call a "loser".
