Error with DAT EDITOR, and how to edit the ARC file to update?

I'm having this problem: I did everything on the tutorial, but when I run the game this error appears:

I did the following steps:

1. Extract chetc.pac (Dpac plugin);
2. Extract dat.pac (Pac plugin);
3. Unpacked .bpe files/ rename etc
4. Rebuild dat.pac (pac plugin);
5. Rebuild chetc.pac (pac plugin/ also tried dpac);
6. Rebuild iso file.


I play the same course without the saves...

I also saw that I had to edit the arc HOW DO THAT?

Replace the values of char/dat of the arc from the rebuilt chEtc.

Actually there is nothing to it. Just copy/paste the values of char/dat of the rebuilt chEtc to the char/dat of the arc file.
