Grapple mods and pinning moves

Does anyone know how to fix the issue of moves with pins that are assigned to grapple mods not pinning and being glitchy at the end (seemingly because of this?) You can take a look at my batista move replacement hack (the grapple mod part is included in part 2 of d2a's batista bomb, beginning with the D115AF50 0003 line) to get an example of what I mean. He will do the jackhammer but it will glitch at the end.
