Both Kevin Nash and Heath Slater had all assault charges dropped and have had their respective WWE contracts reinstated.

Kevin's Legends contract with WWE was suspended until "his domestic issues were sorted out", and he was removed from this week's upcoming episode of Raw. Nash and his son Tristan were both arrested separately on Christmas Eve following a physical exchange in their home. Witnesses say that Tristan had come home drunk and started verbally abusing his mother. When Kevin told him to stop, Tristan spat in his face and pushed him back. Kevin responded by pinning Tristan against a wall, allegedly grabbing his neck. Tristan scratched at Kevin's face, leaving him bloody. Tristan claimed that Kevin had literally chokeslammed him onto the kitchen floor and he blacked out briefly. This claim was rubbished by witnesses.

Kevin was released on Christmas day, and had been openly grateful to those who handled the situation and to fans for their support. He announced yesterday that all charges had been dropped. The WWE then released a statement this morning confirming that his contract had been reinstated. No word yet on if Nash will be booked for Raw or any other show in the near future as yet. If he is, then the WWE will likely keep it a secret for as long as possible.

Slater was facing assault and battery charges as well as a charge of attempted sexual assault. He was alleged to have attempted to force a female security attendant back into a lift with the intent of having sex with her in his hotel room. She suffered a shoulder injury in the altercation, and alleged that another superstar who witnessed the whole thing did not intervene.

Many fans doubted the legitimacy of the claim as it took so long to reach such an early stage. The incident was supposed to have happened the night before WrestleMania 27. The truth is that she had made multiple attempts to file charges, but they were always thrown out after a very long decision making process. The charges were dropped once again and Slater will be reinstated either today or on Monday.

Slater will return at the Royal Rumble, which was always the plan if he was found innocent or if the charges were dropped in time. The WWE encouraged Slater to turn himself in, which he did, and suspended his contract until a legal decision had been made. If Slater was guilty, the company would have terminated his contract and envoked the new No Complete Clause restrictions. This meant that Slater could not compete for any wrestling or MMA company or event in the world for one full year, and would not be entitled to any royalties.

Hulk Hogan remains at large.

Huh, so Slater's case was just dropped, didn't go to court, no explanations or anything?
She thought about it for a few years...
I honestly think something happened, but it's not worth the legal battle for her.

But whatever...KEVIN FRIGGIN NASH is FRREEEEEEEEEEEE.
