[help] changing special in Royal Rumble

So, I was wondering if its possible to change every character front special into a specific move during the royal rumble. Specifically, I want everyone to have the Running Knee Strike (front grapple) assigned as front special during the royal rumble matches (AI and players).

Im using the mod that makes the running knee strike into a third rope elimination, so it would be cool to see the CPU do this move.

Maybe some tutorial would be helpful, thanks!
