Help with CUTSCENE Modifier

[Hipnosis]

I was looking at the Cutscene Modifier but realized why one code was not working.

The Cutscene Area is missing a digit. It only has 7 but 8 for the code to work.
Anyone ever fix this and find out which digit is missing?

cutscene Area:
8115DDE ????

Every other address on there starts with 8113, so it's fairly safe to say that it should be 81135DDE

tried that earlier today after this post too but did nothing when I tested it.
