Sup, everyone?
1.Find and save a picture. (It can be ANY picture, even your photo... Whatever.)
Here's my random pick
2.Open Photoshop up.
3.Place your picture in a new file.
4.Now, Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
And make any changes you want.
5. When you're done, Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation.
And use any color you want. Just make sure you've clicked "Colorize".
Here's how mine looks so far.
6. When you're done, Image>Adjustments>Curves.
Make any changes you want, again.
So, this is how my picture looks so far.
[Bonus] When you're done, create a new layer, and draw something with your pic's color, or any color you like.
Now, Filter>Blur>Motion Blur. And make any changes you want, AGAIN.
8. Now you can mess with opacity/blending mode, and all that stuff.
And, you're done!
This is what mine looks like.
Hope you like it.
EDIT: Fixed, with some better grammar. (I HOPE it's better, atleast.)
