How to make Blood

This is not how to make the actual blood. I'm not worried about that and think I can manage that. I want to know how to get the correct file name for whatever character I make.

I've done searches and nothing turns up using "blood","make blood", "how to make blood". If it's a tutorial then point me to the right one. I don't want to spend hours watching every single one hoping this is the correct one. If you can give an answer and have the time then explain it here (rather than pointing to a vid).
