In the mean time, I recommend you check the following places: VPW2 Freem, AKI Outsiders or MPire Mall Discord servers. If you really don't like Discord, there is the r/N64WrestlingGames subreddit, but there's no active development of mods/hacks there. Sean O'Connor's Youtube Channel is also recommended.

Same like the others - dump the CAW textures (body + face) and texture them. For the beginning it helps to put some clothes onto the CAW first to just recolour them or so. Example: Try a Dreamer or so, the clothes parts are in the CAW section ingame and you just need to put logos onto the clothes. Very easy...after some easy creations you'll be able to do some more difficult ones.
