How to stop the flickering

Basically this should stop the flickering when more than 2 people are outside in NM. I've tried it in PJ64 and Mupen but not 1964, however it should work.

Set Current Game Options to:
Frame Update at: At CI Change
N64 framebuffer at: Basic framebuffer
Rendering to Texture: Basic render-to-texture
