how to update a new mod

hi guys, im "new" in this mods of wwf no mercy and I have just one question, i downloaded a wwe no mercy mod called: wwe 13 featuring legends but I saw in a post that somebody create new attires and stuff (daniel bryan with beard, the shield, big e lagnston, etc) in a post which is called: official wwe 13 topic but my question is: how can I put those new superstars and attires in my wwe no mercy mod wwe 13 ft legends? I do not undertand how put those superstars and attires, etc in a mod because there was a link with all that stuff but the link did not had the full game, i dont know if im explaining this really well because im not american im from chile but im trying to explain my question. hope somebody could help me, I would appreciate a lot.
