Quote:

Hulk Hogan noted during a recent interview with Fighting Spirit Magazine that he was not happy with Jeff Hardy missing TNA's recent UK Tour.

"Dixie Carter runs the company, but if it was up to me and it had been my decision, Bobby Roode would have been a great champion to have right now," Hogan said. "The (UK) tour plus a champion makes sense; a tour with no champion doesn't make sense. [But] I choose my battles; some people look at the picture differently to how I do."[/quote]

Well, that took me back a bit. Hogan actually supporting home grown talent over former WWE superstars. I be damned. Hogan has a fair point in this matter, though Hardy was injured, he could have still made a non-wrestling appearance in the UK.

What the fu... HOGAN was the one who put the title on Hardy. It was HOGAN who wanted Hardy to retain. Dixie said from day one that Hardy would not be able to take the title overseas. But HOGAN insisted that Hardy was the best person to be champion.

But then again, this is hardly the first time that Hogan has blamed Dixie for decisions he himself pressured her into making.
