Import Moveset from SVR 08-11 into 06

Ok i want to ask how to import Moveset from SVR 08 until 11 into SVR 06,so far i still play with my PS2 Console,because my PC cannot handle Emulator,can i have the tutorial please
And i want to ask one more,how to remove this line from calf,i try mod Goldberg with using The Rock base,how to erase The Rock boot outline

The boot of Rock is 3D, it's notice-able in Noesis + Very much in-game. So, no... you can't erase it.
