is it at all possible to play pscx2 with online multilayer?

so i was wondering is it at all possible to play pscx2 with online multilayer similar to other emulators(because of the svr series), and as of yet i haven't found any concrete evidence either way, I’ve found a few videos of apparent multilayer i found an abandon emulator that only supported a few games and i also found a few discussions on the matter that kinda lead nowhere however i have found some tidbits of information that i will leave here and maybe someone smarter then i can make use of them

Even if it is possible, it would not be a good idea play online. Most users have a lot of problems running PCSX2. I run better Dolphin than PCSX2
