TNA's Jeff Hardy will plead guilty in court today (Thursday) regarding the charges against him following a police raid on his home in 2009.

District Attorney Maureen Krueger, who revealed this information after Hardy's lawyer informed the presiding judge, did not say whether Hardy would receive a plea deal or if he will serve jail time. It's all but confirmed to be a plea deal. He will likely either get a small jail term or probation which will likely require random drug testing and community service. We shall see.

Moore County deputies raided Hardy's home in September 2009 after Fayetteville police received a tip about drug use there.

Police found around 262 doses of Vicodin, a prescription painkiller, 180 Soma prescription pills, 55 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He faces several drug charges including felonies (trafficking, etc.) in the state of North Carolina.

Hardy, 33, was the current world champion of TNA on Spike TV until several weeks ago when he lost the title at TNA's Genesis pay-per-view to Ken "Mr." Anderson.

Hardy is still advertised for the TNA UK tour that starts this Friday. An official 'sentencing' likely wouldn't come down today (Thursday) anyways.

TNA wrestler Jeff Hardy's court case has been continued again. The next court date will be February 16, reports the Southern Pines Pilot.

Hardy's latest court date at the Moore County Superior Court in Carthage, N.C. on Thursday morning was expected to end with a measure of resolution to Hardy's legal issues. However, the Pilot reports the Assistant District Attorney requested more time to review the case.

"Subject to Your Honor’s approval, we have agreed to set that over to February the 16th in the morning," said Warren McSweeney, the assistant DA.

Hardy was expected to plead guilty to at least one of the felony and misdemeanor charges he is faced with as part of an agreement with the DA's office. The plea agreement, with a reduced punishment, would have been subject to the judge's approval.

Hardy's attorney, James Van Camp, told the court in November that he expected "resolution" at Thursday's court hearing. Instead, the case will be continued another month.

According to the Pilot, it appears Van Camp thought "the two sides were closer to agreement when he previously advised the court he expected a resolution this month."

Saw it coming. This little bastard will get probation, tops. Just wait.

A little surprise for meh.
He said on twitter something about changing and it's really near.
He may thought about the current T.N.A. storyline though.
But hey ...Let's face it:
IF he gets a probation he will have more chances to be longer in jail.
I mean if you get a probation and if you break the rule you will in jail for a little more amount of time , right?
So if he would go now he would get 45 days or max. two months.
But if he gets a probation and makes a mistake (what is very likely) he would go to jail for more time.
You get it , right? xD
