John Morrison On Whether He'll Ever Return To WWE

Morrison says he left on great terms and his body simply needed a break from the hectic WWE schedule:

"The door is open to go back. I left on really good terms with everybody and what I wanted to do was take time off to heal, get refreshed and take a little vacation..."

"I was working a 250-plus day a year schedule and I wanted to be refreshed."

He also revealed that he wasn't enjoying himself anymore towards the end of his most recent run:

"Right before I left, I felt like I was going to work. I wasn’t enjoying it as much as when I started."

Morrison will be wrestling his first match in the Untied States since leaving WWE back in November on Friday night at Northeast Wrestling’s Wrestlefest 16 at Poughkeepsie, New York's Mid-Hudson Civic Center.[/quote]So he's going to return after all? I want to see him back soon. It was great to see his innovative parkour moves.

I like him better as a heel. He had a hell lot more of charisma, entertaining and without that silly beard.

When he turned face, he went totally stale. He became the guy next door. Come on, a guy with flashy jackets and ring attire should be larger than life, a rock star! I just couldn't invest emotionally with him after the face turn, his wrestling skills however, is still pretty impressive. Though he really needs to plan the set up of Starship Pain better with his opponents.

I didn't like the beard at first either, but I got used to it.

John has the looks, the talent, and the moves, but he has the charisma of a damn cactus. I hope for him to return, and that he practices talking to himself in a mirror from now until those mic skills have improved!

I still believe that his charisma was a damn cactus was only when he was a face. I enjoyed the time where he hosted The Dirt Sheet. It was entertaining and random, but he got us much more invested in him. It was also the time where we all thought that Morrison would be a the Shawn Michaels of the team. Until the face turn, that is. He really got on my nerves.

Honestly, I believe that some people are just more suitable to be a heel instead of a face.
