Sorry this post is so long. But it didn’t make sense to separate all of this.

It has now been 5 years since the WWE has taken on their PG direction. The WWE considers it to have been a major success. The reason was because income from sponsors and advertisers reached $7 million in October 2008. But it is expected to have be $20 million by the end of this month. The WWE will continue to keep their product PG, and are using this as the sole measure of their success. They are not considering arena attendance, pay-per-view buys, television ratings or merchandise sales. If they did, they may find that things are more or less the same as before.

The WWE are confused as to why Brie Bella is not over with fans. They were stunned when fans cheered at Tamina Snuka beating Brie up. As far as the WWE are concerned, the only divas that are over are Kaitlyn and the Total Divas (Brie, Nikki Bella, Natalya, Jojo, Eva Marie, Cameron and Naomi). It should be noted that Brie only very recently turned face, and she is currently feuding with the most popular Diva on the roster AND is still teaming with Nikki Bella, who is still a heel.

Triple H has sent an order out to start rebuilding the tag team division again. He was impressed by how strong it was at Night Of Champions, but nothing has been done with it since. Triple H has instructed for some lesser-seen stars and NXT superstars to pair up and form serious tag teams. Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd will be reunited for the third time. Their 2 previous runs as a team ended due to them being booked individually on different shows.

Vince McMahon still wants to see a black star become a major main-eventer. The plan is for this person to become a strong WWE Champion by the end of 2014. He seems to have given up on looking for someone to bring into the company and is now focusing on already signed talent. The current short-list is Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth and Xavier Woods. Mark Henry and Ezekiel Jackson are out of the running because they are prone to injuries and spend so much time out of action. But that doesn’t mean that Henry will not get a title push in the future.

The current feeling is that the company has too many smaller stars and will not be hiring any more. The only exception is if they are especially good. They want to focus on adding more big guys to the roster.

The WWE also does not want to hire anyone who has made a big name for themselves on the independent circuit. The feeling is if someone feels like they could still make it outside of the WWE, they will not be as open making the changes that WWE suggests, and would be more likely to leave. They only want people who view the WWE as their one and only chance.

It seems that the WWE has been adding a ‘Morality Clause’ to their contracts. By signing the contract, the talent agrees that there are no photographs or footage of them anywhere doing something questionable, e.g. nude photos. There is a bit of hypocrisy here because some of the swimsuit models that WWE hires as Divas are brought back based on such photos. If anyone signs the contract, and WWE does find such things exist, the contract will immediately become invalid. The star will also be blacklisted for life, and will never be rehired.

A memo once released by Vince McMahon has emerged. It contains a number of terms that all talent, especially commentators may never say again on WWE programming. The list was compiled by Vince, Stephanie McMahon and producer Kevin Dunn. Check AKI Man's recent post to see the banned terms.

Congratulations if you managed to read all of this.

:sgctc: [/quote]Actually after her debut almost all the IWC was talking about her, good or bad things, they were talking about her,so she is quite over.
The Ascention.

A solution to bringing more serious tag teams AND big guys (at least Conor O'Brian).
I hope R-Truth is the one to win the push IF I HAD TO choose only one of them, because from all these guys he's the most next to retire that didn't won a World Champ in WWE.

Eva Marie is NOT over. The IWC represents a small minority of the overall WWE audience, never mind wrestling fans in general. And most of the IWC cannot stand her. Just because the IWC knows who she is, that doesn't mean that she is someone that they choose to go to shows or tune in to Raw to see. Most wrestling fans hate Orton, but there are still a lot of people who go to WWE events just to see him. Eva Marie is not over.

[/rant]

Conor O'Brian is big, but he is not pro wrestling big. However, considering that the Ascension is one of the WWE's most popular tag teams right now, and they have never been on the main roster, they should get the call up. But I imagine that they will take a bit longer now that former member Raquel Diaz is back in training. The group will get rebuilt to an extent.

I agree with R-Truth getting a main event spot. The guy is a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion. He was a job boy during his first run in WWE, but became a major name outside of it. Truth has proven that he can make it. So he should get the shot.

This is just my opinion, but I don't see Kingston as a realistic major champion. He will need to be completely repackaged AND develop a more balanced move set.
