Make sfd files smaller?

In the last couple of weeks i have figured out a few things lol. But Sabu's tron is almost 8mgs in size and won't work right.

The old trons from HCTP are also 10+ megs and needs to be converted too. I'd love to get Brock, Goldberg, Nash and so on from that game.
