Never On Match Rules

I put these together in a single post so that you don't have to click a number of different links in the Code Index just to enter all the known Match Rules on your cheat-device. If you're not familiar with these codes, then let me explain their use: they let you disable the rules of a match, such as the Last Man Standing rule in a Last Man Standing match, for example.
