Anybody know how to replace in-game wrestlers movesets like in No Mercy?

There's no way to do so with codes in any game prior to No Mercy, I believe, because a lot was changed for it, including the way the movesets work. Your best bet is ROM Hacking those.

Oh OK, figured otherwise someone would have already done it lol. I suppose there's a tutorial somewhere around here how to hack the rom for movesets?
