Does anyone know how the game applys Mr Socko during the final frames of the taunt?

I'm guessing its something like...

When player 1 is Mankind.
And P1s animation is frame x of Taunt Mankind
P1s Right Glove textures are Mr Socko (repeated to make all 3 sections of glove)

When P1s hand texture is Mr Socko (invisble at this point)
Textures are reloaded. (screen flickers)

As you can guess im trying to implement it into VPW2, any ideas would help.
