For weeks, the WWE has been hyping the 1,000th episode of WWE Raw. They have promised that there will be "lots" of stars from the WWE's past appearing on the show. Also, some will be appearing on episodes of Raw between now and then.
Even though they have promised a "D-X Reunion", Sean Waltman has confirmed that the WWE has not yet approached him. Waltman competed as X-Pac and was one of the longest serving members of the DeGeneration-X stable.
Due to the current lawsuit from TNA Wrestling, you can rule out any WWE alumni working for the company. This rules out; Bubba Ray Dudley, D-Von Dudley, Elijah Burke, Jeff Hardy, Kid Kash, Kurt Angle, Mr. Kennedy, Rob Van Dam, Gail Kim, Mickie James, Victoria, Hulk Hogan, Christy Hemme, Hector Guerrero, Tazz, Brian Hebner, Earl Hebner, Brother Love, Jeff Jarrett, Eric Bischoff, Al Snow and D'Lo Brown.
Also due to the lawsuit, do not expect to see Matt Morgan. It is possible, however, that Ric Flair could make an appearance.
Certain wrestlers will not be contacted due to their own actions on social networking websites. And others will not appear due to the lack of availability of other connected stars. For example, Scott Steiner's recent Twitter outbursts will keep him off the show. And if Scott is not on the show, then Steiner will not be either.
Other stars to rule out are; Sylvain Grenier, Robert Conway, Rene Dupree, Sandman, Sabu, Shane Douglas, Chyna, Monty Brown, Spike Dudley, Kenny Dykstra, Chad Dick, Todd Dick, Hurricane Helms, Jerry Sags and Brian Knobs.
