need some help with my forum

so guys i need some general help with my forum and was hoping someone could fix up a few things that i don't know how to

like the width of the page and the avatars being cut off at a certain width and height as well as a few other things so if anyone would like to give me a hand and edit those things for me it would be much appreciated

I do have A LITTLE knowledge with SMF, and hosting and that sort of stuff. Especially with the SMF forum software.
