I always liked the more blocky, bulkier look of the wrestlers in the older games to the No Mercy ones.

Agreed. And the Road to Wrestlemania is an effective Season mode vs the Story Mode in No Mercy.

The only thing that disturb me is the black skin for a huge part of the roster. I'd personately use color 2.

sweet bro, what do you do with the songs though?? I thought you managed to put them into the game, also they play really fast when played separately!!

You can put them in the game. You need to use the N64 soundlisttool to insert them. It is really easy and there are tutorials out there. I already have the songs set to the correct speed/frequency to be injected into the game. I know it would be a lot easier if I just shared the game but I believe there are rules about that? Correct me if I'm wrong.

if you want to hear how the songs would sound in game, while using the soundlist tool, set the playback speed to 7000.

I know there is a tutorial on this board somewhere. That is how I learned about it! lol Again, I already did the hard work of editing the songs down and setting them to the correct speeds. Just dl the tool, import the wav file and inject it over the track you wish to replace. If enough people want, I could write up a step by step. Not a problem, I'm more than happy to helpful. I just know that some guys/girls have already put forth that effort and I don't want to step on toes.

No one else should experience that problem. I had reused the same game so many times before I had that issue. Just keep a good copy of the game.

Alright now there is a problem with the textures on both mods lol!! Some of the backgrounds aren't showing when I check the textures some of there names are like this:

WRESTLEMANIA 2000#36641755#3#0_all.png

also the ring mat for the njpw isn't showing it just shows the raw ring mat!! I tried to adjust it but nothing seems to work lol!!! The arena select for the NJPW mod is also missing a few textures, yet when I looked into the texture folder they are there and when I try to redump the textures nothing happens!!

What plugin are you using bro, I'm using the Mudlord Rice 1.4 Build that I normally use!!

The textures for the backgrounds aren't really an issue for me since I'm just recording the match but I just wanted you to know!!!
