Orson's Bumper Box Of Broken Wrestlers

as yous know i usally mod smackdown 2 but now iam trying my hand in no mercy what i want to know is is it ok to use a wrestler base in the bumper box take butch reed for example could i use his hands and other body parts if i was making a black wrestler as iam struggling to make a perfect consistant skin tone adjusting the other templates just i wouldnt want to make someone and release a picture and someone say hey thats orsons butch reed and kick up a stink sorry if its a daft question iam just trying to make modding easier but i dont want to cheat and get banned
