95% alcohol, not proof,my man. I don't know if they do the proof thing in europe, but here it basically seems like a way to put a larger number on the label, the "proof" is always double the alcohol percentage, thus, 95% equals 190 proof. Not sure why they do this, there probably is a reason, though.....
