This is a port of a famous PC Graphic mod known as GTA SA Overdose Effect by FUNCTION-X.
This time PS2 get some GTA 4's feeling too
Cheer .

Installation? Just replace EFFECTS.TXD and EFFECTS.FXP in your GTA SA Iso\models folder

Alright I updated it,it's very hard to find any video that only has this mod in it.Please note that this mod is Version 1.5 part 1 so particle.txd is untouched.The other texture files have been scaled down for the PS2's GPU.
Well just toss a grenade and you'll see

What is even the point of this mod... You took a mod made for a PC port of San Andreas; converted it to work with the PS2 game.... just so you can play the emulated version on your PC?


Why dont you just download San Andreas for PC?
