Valiant - 5/10.

Blackman probably was better than a 4. But he was heavily encouraged to focus on his martial arts (specifically kicking) ability. I heard that he was a decent technical wrestler. If I had gotten to see more of that, I would have rated him higher. But remember, his WWE stint was quite short due to illness and injury.
