raw wont reinstall

I've had this problem in the past about 5 years ago, and on one of the RAW modding forums someone had developed a tool that would clean all directory and registry references so the game could be reinstalled. Fortunately most of the modded copies don't need to be installed.
Have you tried installing one of those to the same directory that you originally had the game in, and then attemping to do a complete uninstall using the native windows uninstall manager in your Control Panel?

The installer is failing because it cannot find any of the files required to begin the uninstall.
You'll have to reinstall from a folder. Maybe someone has a copy out there, but to be honest that game is not worth it. I've downloaded it a few times thinking i'd enjoy playing it, just to realise that it's gameplay is extremely shallow and frustrating. Play something else if you can.

I have no idea about your fix . Why did you delete the WWE RAW Folder anyway
As SLX Said, the uninstall files are missing, hence you're having the problem. Try fixing registry. It worked when I had to remove Mirror's Edge. I don't know what to do if it doesn't work :\

i have lots of game on my pc wwf no mercy,wm2000,attiude,warzone on project64 emulolator
raw on pc
svr 2009,2010,2011 on ppsspp psp emulolator
i planning to have orginal xbox to play raw 2 and other svr s
i fixed the game fully working by downloading ripped version from 4shared.com and downloaded the sound files (same site) and the movie files i just copy/paste from the disx1
btw stopped playing raw now

there is only link for the sound files
you get the movie files from the disk 1 (download ituse deamon tools to open iso) find the movie file and copy/paste
but if cant find where to download the isos or really want it now i can upload the movie files
