So i decided to go back and start recording some No Mercy stuff but lately whenever i record something it lags like hell,this has never happened to me before and i'm using a better computer,i never messed with the fraps settings so i don't know why,i tried different plugins but they all had the same outcome.

If anyone can help i'll appreciate it.
