Quote:

Rumors are circulating on Rob Van Dam's return to TNA Impact Wrestling. Rob's current deal with TNA is believed to be expiring sometime this month, but he may included an option to perform another year.

Reports dated back to the last time he was booked noted that he has grown frustrated with TNA and was even considering a run with WWE in late 2011. TNA does provide him an opportunity to work less dates and should also go without saying that RVD could be more optimistic about his character under the company's new creative direction.

As for a time frame, we may see him possibly return sometime this week at the tapings. [/quote]

It is getting better under the new direction, I don't understand why people want returns to WWE so bad. You know damn well he won't do anything, but stay around mid-card till he leaves. meh some people are never satisfied & the wwe sheep piss me off so bad.

Well, there's more money and more exposure by being in the WWE. Who knows how much TNA is paying RVD?

And while I like TNA stars like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Christopher Daniels, TNA isn't really consistent in their storylines until recently. And while they are starting to be, it just isn't that interesting.

Now that you mentioned it...Not really but WWE edge out just a little bit compared to TNA. Maybe it's the production or atmosphere from the crowd.

I personally prefer ROH myself because I prefer to watch a 20min wrestling match rather than a 20min promo.

Didn't say the production wasn't, the crowd atmosphere is because US fans are retarded. They care more about bells and whistles. Look @ the Wembley shows, the only place they aren't huge is the us.

Not just U.S. fans, brutha. WWE is huge across the world, just look at our member base. I'm surprised people in Japan actually watch our shit, considering what they get over there.

Wht i meant was TNA is huge everywhere they cept here but anyway, i agree with the japanese part, if i could watch Shinsuke Nakamura vs Tanahashi instead of what we get i would too.

Most UK fans think that Big Daddy used to be Viscera in the WWE. And they have no idea that Douglas Williams was a heavyweight champion here for nearly 2 years. They have no idea who Seamus O'Shaunessy, Drew Galloway and Steven Regal are. And Alex Shane is a legend that very few will have ever heard of.

Fans who really know the British wrestling scene are in a distinct minority. If you are a fan of British wrestling and live in the UK, then you either are a British wrestler, or are friends with someone who is.

Most professional wrestling fans over here are only interested in the American product.

I kinda know how they feel..... I live in the west, one of the last bastions of true American country living, and people here listen to shit like 'Big and Rich'.

I fucking love Alex Shane been a fan of his for years, i have followed FWA & IPW:UK for just as long. Just to show you a few years ago when Andy Boy Simmons(another of my faves) was put into a squash match on Raw with Umaga i was pissed & my cousin who was at my house at the time asked with a straight face, why was i so pissed over some jobber guy.

Totally agreed. They bloodied him on RAW, and then cancelled his developmental contract because he bleed.

And what ever happened to Hade Vansen? They offered him a deal, and then after four years, there was suddenly nothing.

British Uprising III still remains one of my favourite supercards of all time.

I have followed a lot of the British wrestling circuit for years. Guys like Pac, Spud, Alex Shane, Andy Simmons, Syxx, Doug Williams etc etc are household names in the UK. Only a few British wrestlers have made the cut in the American circuit. One guy I rate highly is Pac. He has made a huge name for himself in Japan with NOAH and Dragongate. One of the best in the world right now. Also Prince Devitt is super awesome and a guy who could easily work either with WWE or TNA on mainstream TV.

RVD gets paid handsomely with TNA and a light scedule. His wife went threw the ordeal of cancer while RVD was on the road with WWE and it must have made him open his eyes and know there was more than the glitz and glammar of WWE and a easier life with TNA. The only problem is us disgruntled fans frustrated with his in-ring work and lack of motivation. Doubt he cares... He knows he is the whole F'N show!

Does anyone find it funny that Devon won a singles title in TNA before Bubba?

Random Thought
