As has been reported, Ryback's Twitter account may have been hacked.
This comes as a particulalry bad time for Ryback, as his standing within the company was being questioned. Not to mention the he had a genuine run-in with the law while all of this was going on.
Ryback injured Dolph Ziggler during the Superstars taping before Old School Raw last Monday. Ryback had hit Ziggler with a stiff clothesline. While the WWE doctor said Ziggler was fine, he was still sent to a neuropsychologist this past week to determine his actual health status. There was already a lot of frustration on Ryback because he had injured opponents before by not performing moves safely, and officials had noticed that he was getting worse in the ring. He is also being blamed because Goldberg backed out of a possible appearance at WrestleMania XXX. Goldberg had said it was because of Ryback's unprofessional attitude, and not his own. Ryback annoyed collegues and officials further by doing a particularly bad job of guest-commentating on Old School Raw during the Big E Langston vs Curtis Axel match. One of his comments implied that he would not be able to win a singles title for a few years.
Ryback was expecting disciplinary action for hurting Ziggler, but officials were waiting to see what the neuropsycologist said first. Ryback was arrested when a traffic cop suspected him of using a mobile phone while driving on a busy road. Ryback insisted that the device was his GPS and was released without charge. Ryback continued to make genuine tweets while the imposter was making phoney ones.
This caused extra confusion when Ryback mentioned that he had been released (by the police), many took this to mean that he was released from his WWE contract. Once Ryback realised what was happening to his Twitter profile, he deleted his entire timeline, later noting that he was hacked. But he must of forgetten to change his password, because the hacker has started making even more absurd tweets.
