The Smoking Skull Belt is actually hidden in VPW2. This hasn't been ROM hacked or textured, so it will work with the original VPW2.

Here's V2, where if you name your Belt "WWF" and just "WWF" with no spaces after, you will have the Smoking Skull Belt. The image doesn't appear on the Belt Select Menu (It does if you replace another Belt), but it has it's own ID. It'll work for whichever belt slot you name WWF.

There's 2 versions of the code, 1 for the original Japanese version and 1 for the English version.

It seems like I can give the belt it's own ID, without having to replace a default belt. I can also change the single belts, but the Triple Crown and World Tag titles are being a bitch. I can't change their textures

Added a new code where it doesn't replace any other belts. Name your belt WWF and it will be the Smoking Skull Belt. Keson, you can change my group to AKI president if you want loool
