Personally, I didn't like his last run at all, but I still like The Rock, he's also one of the funnest guys in No Mercy to play as, hitting both ropes with the People's Elbow and NOT screwing it up? Fun.

It's either a rigging problem, or you are using custom animations. But if its a rigging problem, the chest isn't arranged correctly on the bones, the chest may be above the chest bones. Or the vertexes are giving you problems.
