So I've recently experienced an issue of being unable to save any type of edits or changes within No Mercy - the exact same issue that I went through about 3 years ago (please note the pinned topic at the top of the page). Thank goodnesss for Wolfpack_69 as I was able to use his advice to continue on with editing and saving as per usual.
My question is, how exactly do these damn .fla files get corrupted in the first place? I don't do anything out of the ordinary except make a lot of constant changes and edits and just play the shit out of the game, or is that EXACTLY what screws them up? Besides constantly backing up files (which I do much more often now), is there any type of way to prevent these occasional screw ups from taking place?
Thanks to all, hope everyone here had a great holiday season!
