Stable version for plugins

I'm old and still use rice video beta 11

I use 1.6 and I feel there are newer more stable plugins

What is the most newest STABLE plugin?(I don't a plugin that will crash my project 64 2.1)

and if your super nice can you tell me how to install the plugin you post

My advice would be to just download the Shodown Legends save and follow the instructions for how to set it up in that thread. That's what I did.

Showdown is fun but the only problem is that Rice texture don't work because the mods are different and are incompatible with each other

TLR I can play Showdown 64 but I can't play NM Retexture

I also tried using the Rice Community Version only to have my NM look like a phone emulator
