Stopping by to say Hello!

Hello folks,
I'm an old (in all senses) No Mercy modder.
Remember this place picking up steam years ago, but for whatever reason, I never signed up, and just drifted away from the scene, some of you may remember me, its been a while!!

Havent really been following what, if anything has been happening with modding for years. I did see that NMZ made a bit of a comeback a couple of years ago, and I had meant to sign up, but it disappeared again, and that was that.
...but Ive been putting together a retropie system recently, and thought Id add No Mercy on it to see how it would run.
From there, I thought I'd see if I could get one of my old mods on there to see if it would work (Surprisingly enough it did!)
From there, I thought Id have a look at youtube and see some more recent mods, including Showdown 64, and so Ive ended up here.

I recognise a few names browsing about, and thought I'd sign up to say hello to everyone, and maybe see how you have all been getting on over the last decade.
Have to say, very impressed by what I am seeing here these days!!

I don't remember ever interacting with you, since I probably joined the modding community when you weren't active or something, but I do recognize your name!

I used to go by VictorVlast back when NMZ still existed and am currently an admin here.

Hows things? Good to see that you are still around, keeping this alive.
Funnily enough, when I was putting roms on the retropie system, I was adding on VPW2, and I was wondering if anyone had ever done a translation patch/mod, and lo and behold youve been at it!
Ill need to get my head around that one shortly....

Also, hello 'BakaMancer, The Strongest'. Cant say I remember you back in those days, but my memory is hazy at the best of times anyway.

#TooSweet. Yep, I'll always be known as FPD lol. Things have been good, and yep still around trying to get the most out of the games. There's a lot that's happened over the years. We're still keeping the series alive

I actually was at NMZ during 2012/13 as jordyad (I was a very small deal at this time ), but you were gone for a long time.

Btw I can't forgot those Owen Hart and Vader mods as well as your TNA vs ROH save. (you've made the TNA vs ROH save, right?)

I did indeed. It was the first out there, but it was too glitchy, and bits of it were admittedly half-arsed. Things had to start somewhere though!

Thanks for the well wishes folks.

I'm going to try and get a few more mods running on the pi. Think it would be asking a bit much to put a full save on it (Space-wise, and its not that straightforward adding codes in) but some of the newer individual mods around here are impressive, so I'' probably start there.

A good amount of us new guys wouldn't be here without TNA vs ROH, it's still a personal favorite and the reason why I got into No Mercy modding.
