Textures in Dolphin

Since there is no Help section for ww13 i post it here, hope it's alright.

I dumped billy gunn's texture and edited it, when i check the load texture option and run the game, nothing happens, does anyone know why ?

I have made a help section now bro. Sadly can not help you with this problem though.

you need to put it in another folder.. the case is that i never get it to work right..
i think the folder is:
your disc:\Dolphin\User\Load\Textures\S3XP78(wwe 13 system code)

but as said.. i never got it to work right...

That's what i did, years ago i had it working fine when i modded WM XIX but i don't know why it doesn't work with wwe'13.

Try this:

1-Put Billy Gunn in a CPU vs CPU match.
2-During the match,click Graphics -> Hacks -> Texture Cache -> Change it to Fast.
3-Dump again and open with Photoshop.
4-Copy the modified texture and paste over the original one you just dumped.

If doesn't work try changing the Texture cache and see if it loads,because if you dumped a texture with "Safe" Cache,it won't load in "Fast" Cache.

I was pretty sur i didn't change it and stayed in fast since the beginning so i did what you say but with the Safe texture cache and it works (and my texture sucks ). I may have changed this option when trying to enhance the emulation and didn't remember it. I'm going to try to dump the textures when in fast and load my custom one again.

i always dumped textures with the "fast" option..
but the problem may be that i must put the edited textures in the same folder of the dumped ones?

when you dump the textures, they are in

Dolphin\User\Dump\Textures\S3XP78

as you said on Nov.5 your edited texture must be placed in

\Dolphin\User\Load\Textures\S3XP78
