Tpl Size Problem

I Extract Some Arena From Bg.pac and i open Extracted Arena On X-packer Uncompresse The C8.bpe and open C8.pac On X-packer And Export All Files To A new folder And Convert them to png with mii tpl (thanks to undertakerwlf).I Change Some Textures And Convert them to tpl but it not get some size than the original Any Idea how to get them to some size.
Yes I Know there is a another way but i want to use this method.
