Trouble adding Custom Texture to apron on WWF No Mercy

I've been trying to add a custom logo texture of my CAW League logo to a custom arena apron on WWF No Mercy. But have had no luck, I've tried dumping the textures & replacing them but everytime i start the match, It doesn't appear. Does anybody know how to get the custom texture to load?

Tick the "Hi-res textures" box in the graphics settings, that should do it.
