Yes that topic title is long.
I love to watch TV shows and discover new ones but sometimes i get so disappointed, so i decided to create a topic where people would tell about shows they think sucks or got bad with time to give other people an idea of what to expect because i hate to start one and stop in the middle of it because it got boring, i feel like they tole my time.

Here are mine :

+ Mentalist : Only the idea of it just don't interest me
+ Castle : I used to like this one when it started, funny police show but it got old in season 3. I don't think the criminals are dirty enough, i know it's a kind of comedy show but it's supposed to be police too. Also the whole Castle family things are boooring.
+ 666 Parc Avenue : I had high expectations for this one but it was so slow i stopped watching at episode 3
+ True Blood : Was hoping for a return to a decent adaptation of vampires, and it was just a teenage girl show.

There must have been other shows that bored me but i can't remember it right now, i watched so many. I didn't mention old/finished shows like Friends, Lost, Smallville, House M.D and others since they are over.

Series i enjoy these days : Simpsons, Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, Hannibal, Arrow, Marvel agents of SHIELD, Sons of Anarchy

Share yours.

Hell on Wheels: the new writers for season 3 are horrible.

Dexter: After season 3 I stopped. From what I hear, it was the right decision.

American Horror story: The first season was good, stopped paying attention after.

WWE NXT: I'm talking about the original "reality show" format, I thought it was dumb.

Robot Chicken: I get it, violence = funny in the writer's minds.

I have a few more, but that's the first that came to mind.

Lost - At the end of Season 3, the survivors defeated the bad guys and managed to get a signal to the outside world. Every episode after this was pointless garbage.
Curb Your Enthusiasm - It was a truly funny show for a long time. But from season 6 onwards, they just became obsessed with cameo roles and shock value.
Scrubs - All of the actors in that show suddenly became one. Instead of reacting to things, they all just made ill-relevant punchlines that weren't even humourous. The show was written for the actors, not the viewers.
Home and Away (Austrailian soap) - The show became obsessed with Arian "bad boys" and "hot mess" chicks. How many times can they rehash the "I still love my criminal ex-fiancee, because it was really his father and brothers that made him do what he does" story lines?
Kenny Vs. Spenny - The third season was dire. I wish I could get the time I wasted on it back.

So do I. I should not have bought the Due South and Quantum Leap boxsets.

Side note: Do a version of that topic with games.

I stopped Lost after season 2.

After the 4th season Dexter lost its awesomeness but it was still decent, the series finale was so bad it definitely killed it.

Another show that turned awful is South Park, it used to be funny but the last few years i felt like the creators just opened the newspaper select the trendy topic of the week and make an episode out of it.

Ok, KWG i'm creating a game version of this topic.

South Park is awesome, and I think it keeps improving. Of course they have to make shows based on topical issues, there is really no where for them to go.

However, I'd like to point out that this isn't the case with about HALF the new episodes. Only about half are about topical stuff.

To be honest i remember that's what i thought when watching the 2 last seasons but i couldn't even tell you one subject they used in those episodes.
But, i just watched the first episode of the new season, one of the big topics earlier this year was the CIA spying everyone, they made an episode on this and it wasn't fun. I want kenny dying again, cartman doing racist jokes, stan puking on his girlfriend and kyle...well he is a gingerhead that's a joke by itself :p

I know maybe if they stayed with the basic things i would complain about the show not evolving but here they just became less funny (matter of taste i guess)

Another show i didn't finish is Bleach, there are like 100 000 episodes (no i don't exaggerate) i stopped after about 160 episodes because i got bored by the pattern : threatbig bad guysgood guys in difficultybankai or turn into hollowGood guy win

Stan still pukes on his girlfriend every once in awhile, but if he had been doing that this whole time, people would say how bored they are of it.

Cartman is still just as racist as ever. More racist, than anything. I can understand, though, a lot of people feel that way.

Kenny dies when it's awesome, see the "Coon and Friends" three part episode.

I found it hard to enjoy South Park as it continued. After a while it just came off as "We HAVE to make as many topical jokes as we can!" and it kind of ripped away the humor and entertainment factor of it for me.

Glee: Because it's glee.

Any of Disney's teenage shit.

Family Guy: Maybe because I'm just too used to The Simpsons, lol, but yeah.

El Late -Chilean Late Show-: It was great when it begun, funny music videos section, A guy making fun of politicians in their faces, And some other comedic interviewers in the street. What killed it were on-stage Interviews. They were guys from the Chilean TV Scene whom people Loved or Hated. The interviews were -if you loved the interviewed- about Laughing with them. And if people hated the interviewed person, they Laughed AT them, but they used cruel jokes, repeatedly, it was uncomfortable to watch and listen to even though you disliked the person.

Neutral Point: South Park. It's entertaining, but the sense of humor is too basic. -Insult, Controversy, More Insults, Kill Kenny, Controversy, Kill/Ridiculize Celebrity, Insults, Jokes about Genitals, Insults.

As for what i like. I love the Simpson's and for some reason i have good memories of Older Nickelodeon shows. And to be honest iCarly Actually gave me some giggles, just because of Jerry Trainor's Character, it was so fucking dumb that i loved it. I love dumb characters, i never like the protagonists, i go for the dumbest scumbag in all the series i like.
